With this free, lightweight application, you can easily create your own projects with stories, cards, and estimates. Your team can then track their progress, post-estimation, and even assign items or points to each card.
Create your project in seconds! ScrummerTheodo creates a Trello board for you. Start adding cards, stories, estimates, and other project details. Add new versions of your project as you progress through the phases of the process, and have your team track their progress.
Track each of your stories, and keep each story organized by the phases of the process. Each story should have a corresponding, unique title, and each story should be assigned a number.
You’ll get a visual representation of each story and an estimate of how much time your team should allocate to each story in the current sprint. For more complex or longer-running stories, break them down into a number of stories.
Create as many cards as you like, add photos and mark them as done or not done, complete, in progress, or waiting on something. Use the filters to keep your card view as organized as you’d like.
When you’re done, just press “Publish,” and the board will automatically be updated for you and your team.
